We may use your contact information to send you a short questionnaire about your experience. This helps us understand and improve our service.

Please be aware there may also be instances when we obtain information about you from a third party, for example from a friend booking an experience/class on your behalf. Customers who provide personal information about a third party individual need to ensure that those persons are aware of this privacy policy, understand it and agree to accept it. If that individual does not have the capacity to understand and agree to these terms, Waterside requires a parent or guardian to give the assurances set out in this paragraph.
In certain situations, we may share your personal information with third parties including our staff and contractors who are directly or indirectly involved in the delivery of services to you at the studio.

Credit Card details are NOT stored on our database when you book via our website.
